The operability of Montepo’s initiatives is ensured directly by the various subjects with shares in the company which have pooled their professional expertise and experience. Founded in 1977, Finpiemonte Partecipazioni S.p.A. Piedmont Regional Institute is a mixed company with majority capital belonging to the Region. Many banks, among which the main Piedmontese banks, business organisations, Piedmontese Chambers of Commerce, the Provincial Authority and Municipality of Turin, the Provincial Authority and Municipality of Asti and the provincial authority of Cuneo are among the shareholders. Since its foundation the company has been entrusted with the institutional role of working, with economic criteria, towards the enactment of regional economic and social development plans. Today the Finpiemonte group is made up of over 50 holding companies operating in the most diverse areas, from finance to innovation, from infrastructures to ecology. For the Montepo project it has been responsible for drawing up and handling the economic-financial Feasibility Plan.

As the direct expression of manufacturing categories and civil society the Turin Chamber of Commerce aims to valorise and safeguard the general interests of the provincial economy. To the over 200,000 companies registered it offers the registration-administrative services essential for operating as a company through remote, simple and easy access management. At the same time it supports businesses with numerous promotional services, offering companies assistance from the moment of their being constituted, assisting start-ups and helping them to expand. The Turin Chamber of Commerce also acts as an important interlocutor in dealings between the various economic components of the area, working to encourage transparent and correct business relations, with services for the prevention and resolution of disputes, in addition to acting as watchdog to safeguard the public trust. Liasing and working with other bodies operating in the area, the Chamber of Commerce participates in Montepo by making funds available to contribute to a harmonious development of the area and the local economy.

Italdesign-Giugiaro is responsible, through Giugiaro Design, for the architectural design of the tecnopolo, optimised so as to make the technological services blend in perfectly with the surrounding area.

Zoppoli & Pulcher S.p.A. Costruzioni Generali was founded in 1936, expanding continuously over the years to the point where, by considerably differentiating its activities, it became one of the leading companies in Piedmont in the civil and industrial building sector. An expansion and specialisation which has enabled it to candidate itself as a partner and preferential interlocutor for the public bodies involved in various forms in business initiatives in the building sector. In the Montepo project, the company deals with the planning of engineering operations from a technical-operative point of view and the construction and the marketing of the new plants.
