To offer the firms moving in to the tecnopolo a wide range of facilities, 2 Integrated Service Centres have been provided for.

The first Centre, already active in the industrial area includes the Holiday Inn Hotel (80 rooms, a restaurant seating 140, meeting rooms), a branch of Sanpaolo IMI bank, a self-service bar, a petrol station and garage, a travel agency and the Office Centre.

The new Integrated Services Centre, currently being completed, includes a second Hotel (104 rooms, restaurant, meeting rooms), a self-service bar and the Office Centre now being built.
